At no time will you be “handled” by an Agent’s Personal Assistant or an Agencies Second Tier Sales Team Member. You will be personally serviced by the person who you actually employed to do the job, the Business Owners.
BUYER PERSONAL SERVICE
All buyers who enquire about a property listed For Sale or Auction with Munn Partners Real Estate will be personally serviced by the Business Owners.
Your property attributes and individual selling points will be relayed personally to the buyer and any subsequent property inspection will also be conducted by the Business Owners and not a Personal Assistant or Second Tier Sales Team Member.
This ensures that your property is presented to the Buyer professionally with a view of promoting your property first and foremost. The following Buyer negotiations are then conducted by the Business Owners who are striving to get you the Home Seller the highest possible sale price with the most suitable terms.
