$750,000 to $999,999 = $15,000 plus GST = $16,500
$1,000,000 to $1,499,999 = $18,000 plus GST = $19,800
$1,500,000 to $1,999,999 = $23,000 plus GST = $25,300
$2,000,000 and above = $30,000 plus GST = $33,000
